PAELLA

Eating olive and citrus's paella entree was my very first experience with the Spanish dish. I remember taking the first bite and feeling the flavors blend perfectly with the seafood and rice combination. Since then it has been one of my all-time favorite dishes in Redlands. I recently visited Spain and to my dismay was not as impressed by the many paella dishes I tried there. Olive and citrus provides a quality to their ingredients that is not matched by many other restaurants. I could taste the fresh seafood, the flavorful herbs, and the exquisite time and care they place into their recipe. I have since tried many other dishes, and I'm constantly impressed that I don't have to leave my hometown to get a taste of European/American flavors.

BURGER

I like my burger well-done (I know), he likes his burger rare. I like mine without aioli, he likes extra. Both burgers were INCREDIBLE. Soooooo much flavor from the meat, and both burgers were moist, even mine, I swear! The melted cheese and caramelized onions send everything over the top. Absolutely worth ordering anytime, absolutely will be ordering again. *Swoon*

CHILEAN SEA-BASS

First time trying sea bass and it made sea bass my #1 favorite fish. I have other this multiple time and finish the plate everytime! So good! The tomahawk steak and the fried squash blossoms are a must try as well! I have ordered the blossoms every time we go to O&C.

10 oz PRIME FILET MIGNON

Came here for my sons 47th birthday. It was truly a wonderful meal. The ambiance was great. The service was excellent and the dessert was to die for. It was so good that we are scheduled to do it again for his 48th birthday. We needed this place in Redlands!

32 oz BONE-IN 'JORGE CUT' RIBEYE (for 2)

We had reservations for our anniversary dinner and wanted to just have a really special meal and olive & citrus did not disappoint! We had great wine and the best steak either of us have ever had! The "Jorge cut" ribeye is the perfect special occasion entree and it was perfectly complemented by the mushrooms and new potatoes. Tyler was our server and he was great, attentive but not overbearing and incredibly professional. The entire staff was awesome and we had a great time!

SHAKSHUKA

Decided to be adventurous & try something I've never heard of before. The shakshuka was amazing & exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely delicious! I will be ordering that again. The service was fantastic as well, very impressed with this restaurant on every level.

WEDGE SALAD

Where do I begin with this delicious salad... take a serving size head of fresh cold lettuce, top it with homemade blu cheese dressing, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions and real pieces of fresh bacon...this is my absolute favorite salad in the area! A must have if you are blu cheese dressing salad fan!

10 oz PRIME FILET MIGNON

We have been to Olive & Citrus repeatedly for what I would say are memorable meals. From beginning to end, the options for dining and beverages are above par. The service is smart and casual but also attentive and respectful. My mom is such a picky eater but asked to have her birthday meal and O&C. She loved her meal and especially the desserts. We loved it so much that I'm having my birthday meal there this weekend. So glad I can drive from Los Angeles to visit my mom in Redlands and have such a wonderful place to create memorable celebratory meals. Thank you O&C for being a part of our family experience.

12 oz HANGER STEAK

The hanger steak was well seasoned and tender! Would recommend this option and plan on getting it again at my next visit!
